U.S. Military Withdraws from Iraq After 12 Years, Trump Calls Out ‘Very Bad Decision-Making That Got Us Involved’ in the First Place
The United States military has finally withdrawn from Iraq after 12 years, with President Donald Trump criticizing the “very bad decision-making that got us involved in this quagmire in the first place.”
The move marked the formal closure of another chapter of U.S. occupation in the Middle Eastern country after troops previously left in 2011 after the Iraq War before returning to fight ISIS in 2014.
A press release from U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced that the “orderly departure of U.S. forces and equipment” from Erbil Air Base in northern Iraq was completed on Wednesday, marking the end of the Operation Inherent Resolve mission against the Islamic State.
The move out of Iraq, which began last October, is part of a planned transition to a “U.S.-Iraq bilateral defense relationship” that followed an agreement reached between the two countries in 2024 under the Biden administration.

Minnesota federal judges face DOJ misconduct complaint after speaking to media during active lawsuits
The Justice Department announced indictments Wednesday against 10 foreign nationals accused of election-related offenses in Minnesota and filed a novel judicial misconduct complaint targeting nearly the state’s entire active federal district court bench, escalating the Trump administration’s quarrels with judges in the state.
Attorney General Todd Blanche said the complaint, filed with the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, concerns judges’ interviews with the New York Times about the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement operations. He accused the judges of discussing pending cases and displaying bias against the Department of Homeland Security, calling for their recusal from civil and criminal cases involving the agency.
“The comments are not only political, which is a violation, but concern matters pending before the judges, a separate violation,” Blanche said, adding that judges are beholden to “judicial cannons” that prevent them from publicly opining about litigation pending before their court.

Harvard Harris Poll Shows Republicans and Democrats Dead Even on Generic Ballot Just a Month Before Midterms
Republicans and Democrats are dead even on the generic ballot, according to the Harvard Harris poll. This is horrible news for Democrats.
For months now, we have heard that Democrats are going to mop the floor with the GOP in the midterms, but 2026 is not an ordinary midterm year.
This year, the country met the new Democrats of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) and learned about all of their positively insane and anti-American plans for the country. People seem to understand the threat that these people pose to America as we know it.
No one knows what is going to happen in November, but a blue wave seems less likely now.

Israel-bound plane pilot stabbed by co-pilot, causing jet to plunge 18K feet: They ‘tried to do 9/11’
The pilot of a passenger plane flying to Israel was stabbed several times by his co-pilot in the cockpit early Wednesday, according to officials — causing the aircraft to plunge 18,000 feet in what was feared to be a “terrorist attack in mid-air.”
The FlyDubai Boeing 737 Max 8 plane flying to Tel Aviv from the United Arab Emirates was cruising at around 34,000 feet when one of the pilots tried to take control in what Israeli sources say was an attempted hijacking, the Jerusalem Post reported.
“One pilot stabbed the other and tried to do 9/11,” an official told Channel 12 of the horror that saw Israeli fighter jets scrambled as a precaution.

I Ran Toward the Cockpit’: An Exclusive Interview with the Israeli Dad Who Stopped a Hijacking by Neria Kraus
Yaniv Hayoun was on a flight from Dubai to Israel with his family when one of the co-pilots stabbed the other and sent the plane into a nosedive. He told The Free Press what happened next.
Around 8:20 a.m. local time on Wednesday morning, a flight bound from Dubai to Tel Aviv sent out an emergency signal, alerting Israeli air traffic controllers to an attempted hijacking. One of the co-pilots had repeatedly stabbed the other with a knife, before seizing control of the cockpit. Within two minutes, the plane had plummeted more than 17,000 feet, careening off course toward Saudi Arabia. About 180 people were on board.
Moments later, several passengers and crewmembers stormed the cockpit, overpowered the attacker, and took back control of the plane, landing it in Saudi Arabia. At 6:34 p.m. local time, everyone on board arrived safely back in Tel Aviv.
I spoke with Yaniv Hayoun, a passenger on the plane, immediately after he landed. Hayoun was one of the people who stormed the cockpit.

SCOTUS Asked To Stop Blue States From Shielding Abortion Drug Dealers
A separate lawsuit names 30 individuals and organizations leading ‘a sweeping, coordinated scheme’ to mail abortion drugs to pro-life states.
There are many facets to the mail-order abortion fight, but the next battle comes in the form of a filing from the attorneys general of three pro-life states who are asking the Supreme Court to restore the constitutional equality disrupted by at least three blue states’ “shield laws.”
Democrat states California, Massachusetts, and New York have all enacted abortion-for-all policies designed to prevent punishment for doctors who illegally prescribe abortion drugs to people in pro-life states where they are banned.
