POPE CONTINUES RECOVERY IN VATICAN, WEEKLY GENERAL AUDIENCE CONFIRMED

Pope Leo XIV will not travel to his residence in Castel Gandolfo this week but instead continue his recovery at the Vatican, and will hold his Wednesday General Audience on October 21, according to the Holy See Press Office.

Pope Leo XIV is continuing his post-operative recovery in the Apostolic Palace and will hold his General Audience on Wednesday morning, October 21.

The Holy See Press Office provided this health update on Monday, following the Pope’s surgery for pulmonary adenocarcinoma on October 13.

He was discharged from Rome’s Gemelli Hospital on Saturday, October 17, after five days in hospital.

The Pope appeared at the window of the Apostolic Palace on Sunday to greet the 15,000 people gathered in St Peter’s Square to welcome him and show their affection and support.

The Holy See Press Office said the Pope will hold his Wednesday General Audience this week in St. Peter’s Square.

FRENCH BONDS, STOCKS DROP AS FAR-LEFT, MIGRANT RIOTS WORSEN; MACRON FAILS TO RESTORE ORDER

French government bonds sold off, and the CAC 40 fell Monday after a weekend of nationwide riots and chaos intensified concerns over political instability as the Macron government failed to restore order.

President Emmanuel Macron conveniently blamed high gas prices, while lefty corporate media ran cover and really tried to reinforce the narrative (again) that these rioters were merely youth-led protesters. CBS News got caught calling riots “scuffles” and subsequently deleted the X post.

In reality, France and much of Europe are being attacked from within by far-left groups, and this is really embarrassing, as globalist leaders in the failing bloc have allowed left-wing extremism to fester for years.

On top of the riots spurred by the far-left activist networks, a decade or more of unfettered mass migration brought in millions of migrants (watch how). Given this nation-killing cocktail, it comes as no surprise that corporate media would run an information campaign to cover up the parties responsible for the chaos because, quite frankly, these riots are downright embarrassing for globalists.

MACRON ADDRESSES NATION: REFUSES BLAME, IGNORES IMMIGRATION IMPACT ON RIOTS, ‘HOW CAN FRENCH PEOPLE DO THIS?’

In an address to the nation on Sunday evening, French President Emmanuel Macron refused to take any accountability for the national riots that erupted on Saturday, as he sought to shift the blame onto the far-left and even external forces like the Iran conflict while failing to acknowledge the role mass migration played in creating a groundswell of support for the unrest.

Rather than taking a ‘the buck stops here’ approach, Mr Macron did not admit to any personal failings after his government failed to foresee or prevent some of the most destructive riots in recent memory, resulting in historic buildings being torched, thousands of shops being looted, and hundreds of police officers, gendarmes, and firefighters being injured on Saturday.

Instead, the outgoing leader pointed to “extremists from far-left groups” and “criminals” as being solely responsible for the “unrestrained violence” witnessed across France.

Meanwhile, Macron appeared to completely ignore the role that the importation of millions of foreigners into the country has had on the social framework, with many of the rioters being suspected of hailing from the multicultural suburban enclaves like Saint-Denis. Instead, the president questioned, “How can French people do this to France?”
