Choices Have Consequences
Every society is shaped – slowly at first, then all at once – by the choices its people make.
Human nature is not neutral. We are free to choose, but we are never free from the consequences of those choices. When good choices are rewarded, societies flourish. When destructive choices are normalized, excused or subsidized, cultures decay.
Individual moral decisions scale outward – into families, institutions, economies, and eventually entire civilizations. What begins as personal preference becomes public disorder. What starts as private vice becomes collective collapse.
History is clear: civilizations don’t fall because of bad luck. They fall because enough people choose wrongly – and refuse to take responsibility.
