White House: President Trump Returns to Georgia: Delivering Real Relief for Families, With Much More on the Way
As President Donald J. Trump visits Georgia today [Feb. 19], he returns to a state that is seeing real recovery, safer communities, and renewed strength under his leadership — as more work remains to fully reverse the economic damage of the Biden era. These are meaningful victories for Georgia families and workers, yet President Trump is resolute: He will not rest until every Georgian enjoys lower prices, higher wages, secure communities, and prosperity that reaches every corner of the state.

Trump says he will direct Hegseth to release government UFO files
President Donald Trump said Thursday that he will be directing War Secretary Pete Hegseth to begin releasing government files related to space aliens, unidentified aerial phenomena and UFOs.
The president did not give a timeline on when the documents and files would be released but it comes after he criticized former President Barack Obama for divulging “classified information” when he said he believes aliens are real. “Based on the tremendous interest shown, I will be directing the Secretary of War, and other relevant Departments and Agencies, to begin the process of identifying and releasing government files related to alien and extraterrestrial life, unidentified aerial phenomena and unidentified flying objects and any and all other information connected to these highly complex, but extremely interesting and important, matters,” Trump posted on Truth Social.

Exclusive: US plans online portal to bypass content bans in Europe and elsewhere
The U.S. State Department is developing an online portal that will enable people in Europe and elsewhere to see content banned by their governments including alleged hate speech and terrorist propaganda, a move Washington views as a way to counter censorship, three sources familiar with the plan said.
The site will be hosted at “freedom.gov,” the sources said. One source said officials had discussed including a virtual private network function to make a user’s traffic appear to originate in the U.S. and added that user activity on the site will not be tracked.
Headed by Undersecretary for Public Diplomacy Sarah Rogers, the project was expected to be unveiled at last week’s Munich Security Conference but was delayed, the sources said.

U.S. Women’s Hockey STUNS Canada in Overtime — Olympic Crowd ERUPTS as Team USA Clinches 2–1 Victory and Snatches Gold
Team USA’s women’s hockey squad delivered a gut-check performance Thursday night, storming back late in regulation before burying their longtime rivals from the north in sudden-death overtime to capture Olympic gold with a dramatic 2–1 victory.
After trailing deep into the third period, Team USA forced overtime when captain Hilary Knight found the back of the net in the final minutes of regulation to tie the game at 1–1 and keep America’s gold medal hopes alive.
From there, it became a winner-take-all battle in 3-on-3 sudden-death overtime, where one goal would determine who stood atop the hockey world for the next four years.

Jihadist fighters torch 7 villages in Nigeria
Jihadist fighters set fire to seven Nigerian villages on February 18, killing dozens, Agence France-Presse reported.
“The current situation of kidnappings and violence is worsening, and those responsible are acting with impunity due to the government’s slow response,” Bishop Anselm Pendo Lawani of Ilorin said in an interview with Vatican News.
Bishop Lawani said that “there are several militant Islamic extremist groups, such as Boko Haram and the Islamic State of West Africa Province (ISWAP), which have acquired a significant presence in the predominantly Muslim north of the country.” In central Nigeria, “there are radicalized and armed members of the Fulani ethnic group who are causing chaos.”

SSPX rejects Holy See’s dialogue and will proceed with consecrations
The Society of Saint Pius X (SSPX) have rejected the Holy See’s proposed dialogue and request for the cancellation of episcopal consecrations, stating that there is a “shared recognition that we cannot find agreement on doctrine.”
The letter from SSPX Superior General Father Pagliarani, sent to Cardinal Victor Manuel Fernández on February 18, was published today along with a statement presenting various documents sent to the Holy See.
Pagliarani said he welcomed Fernández’s proposed “opening of a doctrinal discussion, as signalled today by the Holy See, for the simple reason that I myself proposed it exactly seven years ago, in a letter dated 17 January 2019.”

Studying Fatima Really Challenged My Spiritual Life
OnePeterFive editor: ‘… Interestingly, when I was Eastern Orthodox I never heard of Fatima. After I became Catholic and reconciled myself to the Holy Father as an Orthodox Christian, I never heard about Fatima for a few years. Then I started following various Traditionalist voices who were talking a lot about the Third Secret of Fatima, the Consecration of Russia, and all those controversies. I heard more and more about these things, but I never delved deeply into it. I just sort of accepted that Our Lady came down, I proceeded to do my bit, and I completed the First Saturday devotion around that time. I thought that those things – especially the Vatican’s rebellion against Fatima – were the essence of Fatima.’
‘But as I’ve been researching this book [“Russian Elements of Fatima”] there was an immense grace that has been given to me from her Hands, the Immaculata, the Mediatrix of all Graces. This grace was the opening of my eyes to the need for reparation. It was a softening of my heart to this reality. As I read more from the texts of Fatima and from Sr. Lucia’s biography, I began to believe that reparation is really the essence of Fatima. It’s a certain spirit which is the spirit of the saints, with which the three shepherd children were imbued, causing them to be zealous for reparation. …’
