This 9-0 SCOTUS Decision Makes Clear Law Enforcement’s Right To Stop Threats To Public Safety

Since Wednesday’s shooting of a violent anti-ICE demonstrator at the hands of U.S. immigration officials in Minneapolis, Democrats and their left-wing lackies have taken to doing what they do best: lying.

Within hours, these self-professed “misinformation” experts spread disinformation of their own by claiming that the now-deceased woman — who is on video obstructing law enforcement operations and accelerating her vehicle at an ICE agent — was nothing more than an innocent “legal observer.” And naturally, their media allies were more than happy to help obfuscate the pretty pertinent car-ramming detail from their coverage of the incident.

But to anyone with a lick of common sense, it’s clear after watching footage of the moment that agents had every right to fire upon the suspect. By every indication, she obstructed a law enforcement operation, refused to obey officers’ orders, and most importantly, accelerated her vehicle at the agent standing in front of her.

As my colleague Breccan Thies aptly noted, “Regardless of the left-wing psy-op now at play, the justification for shooting the driver is quite clear, because cars being used in this manner should be perceived as deadly weapons.”

That’s not just the opinion of Federalist columnists, either. It’s also the view of the U.S. Supreme Court, which unanimously held in 2014 that law enforcement officers (in cases such as this) are justified in neutralizing threats to public safety (and by default, themselves). …

REPORT: Minneapolis McDonald’s Refusing To Serve ICE Agents

A McDonald’s location in Minneapolis is drawing national attention after a video surfaced appearing to show the restaurant refusing entry or service to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents amid escalating tensions in the city.

Footage shared on social media by Daily Wire shows a sign posted on the door of the fast-food restaurant that reads “No ICE,” prompting questions about whether federal immigration agents were being deliberately barred from the premises. A security guard at the location confirmed the sign was being enforced, telling a reporter that ICE agents were not allowed inside under the property’s rules.

Trump: Fannie, Freddie to Buy $200 Billion of Mortgage Debt to Bring Mortgage Rates Down

President Donald Trump said that having Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac purchase $200 billion in mortgage bonds would drive mortgage rates and monthly payments down as the administration works on affordability.

Trump wrote on Truth Social:

I am instructing my Representatives to BUY $200 BILLION DOLLARS IN MORTGAGE BONDS. This will drive Mortgage Rates DOWN, monthly payments DOWN, and make the cost of owning a home more affordable. It is one of my many steps in restoring Affordability, something that the Biden Administration absolutely destroyed. We are bringing back the AMERICAN DREAM that was destroyed by the last Administration. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

The 47th president wrote that his decision during his first term in office not to sell the companies allowed them to amass $200 billion.

He wrote, “Biden ignored the Housing Market, and instead was immersed with High Crime, Open Borders, runaway INFLATION, the Afghanistan Disaster, and a Military that he left in Chaos and Confusion. Everything was broken, but I, as President of the United States, have already fixed it!”

Republicans Confirm: We Will Not Back Down on Hyde, No Tax-Funded Abortions

GOP lawmakers and pro-life groups are strongly pushing back against a suggestion by President Donald Trump Tuesday that House Republicans should be “a little flexible” during health care legislation negotiations on the Hyde Amendment, a bipartisan provision protecting tax dollars from funding abortions that has been renewed annually for the last 50 years.

During the president’s remarks at a day-long House Republican policy meeting, Trump discussed the possibility of a potential health care bill that could include a “health care account” that would “let the money go directly to the people.” Then he added, “You have to be a little flexible on Hyde, you know that. You gotta be a little flexible. You gotta work something … we’re all big fans of everything. But you have to have flexibility.”
