‘Grotesque Results’ Of Birth Tourism Allow Foreign Invaders To Seize Control Of U.S. From The Inside by Breccan F. Thies

‘The Court has repurposed the Fourteenth Amendment to protect its own set of preferred rights,’ Justice Thomas wrote.

The Supreme Court, led by Chief Justice John Roberts, gave its stamp of approval Tuesday to birth tourism, “the practice of traveling here with temporary authorization solely to give birth and obtain citizenship for one’s children, then returning to raise them in another country,” as Justice Clarence Thomas described in his dissent.

In doing so, Roberts and the high court have given away the country’s sovereignty to random, hostile foreign invaders to take control of the American government in less than a generation.

“The Court has repurposed the Fourteenth Amendment to protect its own set of preferred rights that the Reconstruction Congress never contemplated and that cannot find support in its text,” Thomas wrote. “Today, the Court does so again by recognizing a constitutional right to citizenship for the children of all foreign birth tourists and illegal aliens.”

Thomas wrote about the birth tourism industry, consisting of companies that “reportedly collect large fees from wealthy foreigners to facilitate their trips to give birth in the United States.”

Lawyer finds antidote to SCOTUS Birthright Ruling in Justice Kavanaugh’s Concurring Opinion

Here’s Kavanaugh’s nut graf [nutshell paragraph]: “The Constitution’s Citizenship Clause may well be ambiguous on this precise question. But Congress resolved that ambiguity by codifying birthright citizenship broadly in 8 U.S.C. §1401(a). The executive order doesn’t violate the Constitution — it violates Congress’s statute. And Congress can change that statute.”

Brussels Moves To Shut Down Europe’s Biggest Anti-Migration Campaign [AKA The Save Europe Act]

Campaigners behind the ‘Save Europe Act’ say the European Commission is preparing to reject their European Citizens’ Initiative after receiving a letter warning that its proposals appear to violate the European Union’s fundamental rights and values.

In a video published on Tuesday, June 30th, the initiators of the act—Dutch conservative commentator Eva Vlaardingerbroek and Austrian identitarian activist Martin Sellner—said they had received a letter from the European Commission, warning them that the Save Europe Act appears to be “manifestly contrary” to the Charter of Fundamental Rights and the EU’s “values.”…

The European Union is threatening to reject the @SaveEuropeAct, claiming that preserving the ethnocultural continuity of Europe’s native peoples is racist and goes against “European values.”

The Commission also stated that the initiative’s proposed moratorium on “non-Western” immigration and its stated objective of protecting the “ethnic and cultural continuity” of Europe’s native peoples would amount to discrimination on the grounds of race or ethnic origin.

According to Eva Vlaardingerbroek, the letter is “the ultimate proof that the European Union hates Europeans.” …

Now the Netherlands is euthanising children

A 12-year-old was put to death under Dutch assisted-dying laws. The UK must pay attention.

For the first time in the history of the Netherlands, a child has been euthanised by the state. The Dutch health minister, Sophie Hermans, revealed this week that a child under the age of 12 was given a lethal injection in late 2025. …

The Netherlands joins Belgium as a purveyor of euthanasia with no age restrictions. Belgium legalised child euthanasia in 2014.

The case of Sophie Hermans is shocking in its own terms – but observers in the UK and elsewhere would do well to note its implications. Euthanasia in the Netherlands is officially only permitted if the request comes from the patient and if a doctor agrees that they are suffering unbearably. But how can a minor request something a child cannot possibly comprehend – namely, the end of his or her life? How can a young child understand the need to maintain his or her dignity? The age of consent for sex is 16 in the Netherlands, and those below the age of 18 cannot legally get married. The Dutch government advises that children under the age of 15 should not use social media. And yet, Dutch children now have the ‘right’ to request a lethal injection.

‘Please turn back’: Pope Leo gives final warning to SSPX

In a letter to Rev. Davide Pagliarani, Leo warned that ‘to tear the seamless garment of Christ is a sin of extreme gravity.’

Pope Leo XIV issued a letter to the leader of the Society of St. Pius X, June 29, making a personal appeal for the society to abandon its plans for a slate of illicit episcopal consecrations set to take place July 1 in Switzerland.

Writing to Rev. Davide Pagliarani on the Feast of Sts. Peter and Paul, the pope addressed the leader of the traditionalist group “and, through you, the bishops, priests, seminarians and faithful connected to the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X.”

“I plead with you and ask you with all my heart: please turn back!” Leo wrote. “I urge you to consider carefully the spiritual good of the faithful, because the schismatic act you are about to undertake would deprive them of the licit and, in some cases, even valid reception of the sacraments, which they love and seek for their sanctification.”

The pope noted that “the Church recognizes the devotion to liturgical life, commitment to priestly formation, apostolic zeal and desire for fidelity to Tradition that characterize many people and communities connected to your fraternity,” and said that “this has motivated the attentive and generous attitude that my predecessors have consistently shown to you.” …
