Iran Makes Veiled Threat to Trump: ‘Be Careful Not To Get Eliminated
A top Iranian security official made a thinly veiled threat against Donald Trump’s life on Tuesday after the U.S. President warned of massive strikes against Iran if it blocked oil shipments through the Strait of Hormuz.
“Iran doesn’t fear your empty threats. Even those bigger than you couldn’t eliminate Iran. Be careful not to get eliminated yourself,” Ali Larijani, the head of the Iranian National Security Council, posted on X.
The threat came in response to Trump’s post on TruthSocial that if Iran doesn’t allow oil shipment to resume in the Strait of Hormuz, the U.S. would hit Iran “twenty times harder” than they have been hit so far.

Trump Warns Iran Not to Put Mines in Strait of Hormuz as U.S. Takes Out ‘Inactive Mine Laying Boats’
President Donald Trump issued a stern warning to the Iranian regime Tuesday against putting mines in the Strait of Hormuz as the United States destroys “inactive mine laying boats.”
The president took to Truth Social on Tuesday afternoon after it was reported that there are indicators Iran had begun to take steps to deploy mines in the Strait of Hormuz, through which roughly one-fifth of the globe’s oil travels.
“If Iran has put out any mines in the Hormuz Strait, and we have no reports of them doing so, we want them removed, IMMEDIATELY!” Trump said. “If for any reason mines were placed, and they are not removed forthwith, the Military consequences to Iran will be at a level never seen before.”
“If on the other hand, they remove what may have been placed, it will be a giant step in the right direction! Additionally, we are using the same Technology and Missile capabilities deployed against Drug Traffickers to permanently eliminate any boat or ship attempting to mine the Hormuz Strait. They will be dealt with quickly and violently,” he added. “BEWARE!”
Trump followed up moments later with another post announcing the United States had destroyed “10 inactive mine laying boats” in recent hours.

Lebanon asks Vatican to intervene for Christian villages after Israeli strike kills priest
Lebanon’s foreign minister is urging the Vatican to intervene to help protect Christian villages in southern Lebanon as fighting between Israel and the Iran-backed militant group Hezbollah intensifies.
Foreign Minister Youssef Raggi said March 10 that he spoke by phone with Archbishop Paul Gallagher, the Vatican’s secretary for relations with states, about the “difficult situation facing the border villages” in southern Lebanon.
“I asked the Holy See to intervene and mediate to help preserve the Christian presence in those villages,” Raggi said, “whose residents have always supported the Lebanese state and its official military institutions, and have never departed from this commitment.”
