Trump to move Space Command HQ from Colorado to Huntsville, Alabama

President Donald Trump announced on Tuesday afternoon that Space Command will move its headquarters from Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Huntsville, Alabama.

Trump, flanked by the Alabama congressional delegation in the Oval Office, said his decision would create 30,000 jobs in the state and “probably much more than that,” as well as “hundreds of billions of dollars of investment.”

Trump Squeezes Maduro’s Narco-State

Trump’s growing conflict with the narco republic of Venezuela may seem a sideshow compared with the potentially cataclysmic crisis in Ukraine, the Middle East, and the Indo-Pacific. But it’s taking priority for his America First policy, as reality sinks in that the only way to oust the criminally run regime threatening the U.S. in its own hemisphere is by force.

A naval task force was ordered into the southern Caribbean last week with the primary objective of blocking drug trafficking operations by Venezuela’s Cártel de los Soles, named after the sun insignia on the shoulder patches of Venezuelan generals who have been filling the U.S. with cocaine, fentanyl, criminal gangs, and terrorists through waves of mass migrations unleashed by dictator Nicolás Maduro.

No, it’s not a COUP against RFK Jr. It’s a ‘CAPTURE’…

You’ve likely seen all the buzz online about the planned attack gearing up against RFK Jr. People are circling the wagons and calling this a “coup.” But that’s not what it is. This isn’t just some political “coup” against RFK Jr.; this is a capture.

What Big Pharma, Big Food, and their political operatives are pulling off right now isn’t about bruised egos or little partisan dustups. It’s about full-blown, unadulterated control. They’re not just trying to shove Kennedy out of the way and install a puppet. They’re moving to seize the levers of power that he has dared to touch. They see what he’s doing, and they know they need to lock down those levers before he can blow the lid off decades of corruption.

Federal judge releases woman accused of threatening to kill Trump

A woman arrested last month for allegedly making death threats against President Donald Trump has been released by a federal judge who has clashed with the Trump administration several times this year, including by attempting to block the deportations of Venezuelan migrants under the Alien Enemies Act.

Chief Judge James Boasberg ordered Nathalie Rose Jones, 50, released no later than Aug. 27 under electronic monitoring and instructed her to visit a psychiatrist in New York City once she retrieves her belongings from a local police station.

The military will begin sending groups of 150 attorneys – military and civilian — as early as next week, the memo also states.

The move comes as the Trump administration cracks down on illegal immigration, which has resulted in arrests, deportations and related court issues. There are now as many as 3.5 million cases awaiting adjudication.

Chelsea Clinton Reportedly Weighs Run for Nadler’s Seat as Primary Field Grows

Following Rep. Jerry Nadler’s (D-NY) surprise retirement announcement on Monday, a crowded primary is taking shape to succeed the long-serving congressman, with sources now indicating that Chelsea Clinton is seriously considering a run for the coveted Manhattan House seat.

Should she run, Clinton would not be on foreign terrain; her mother Hillary served as a Senator in New York for eight years before running for president.

A source familiar with her thinking confirmed to Jewish Insider on Tuesday night that Clinton is weighing a bid for New York’s 12th congressional district after previously debating a run for an open City Council seat last cycle. Her potential entry into the race adds a high-profile name to a rapidly growing list of contenders looking to replace Nadler, who has held the seat for over three decades.

It’s Time To Eradicate Transgenderism From Public Life

The tragic news of the deadly mass shooting at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis last week was quickly followed by the unsurprising revelation that the shooter, a 23-year-old man, identified as trans.

It should be obvious by now that transgenderism — the entire industrial complex of medical interventions, legal actions, social affirmation, and political rhetoric now attached to what was once called gender dysphoria — is a serious threat to public safety. As such, it should be outlawed and eradicated from public life.

‘IT Crowd’ Writer Graham Linehan Says He Was Arrested in London by ‘Armed Police’ over Transgender Critical Tweets

Award-winning Irish comedy writer Graham Linehan said that he was arrested in London over posts on social media criticising transgenderism.

The creator of celebrated comedy programmes, including Father Ted and The IT Crowd, said on Tuesday that upon recently arriving at Heathrow Airport, he was met by five “armed police officers” who he says arrested him over “three tweets”.

“In a country where paedophiles escape sentencing, where knife crime is out of control, where women are assaulted and harassed every time they gather to speak, the state had mobilised five armed officers to arrest a comedy writer for this tweet (and no, I promise you, I am not making this up),” Linehan wrote on his Substack.

Father Martin spearheads gay lobby’s attempt to enlist Pope

… On the Outreach website, Father Martin provided … details of the audience [with the pontiff], which he described as lasting 30 minutes in a very joyful and relaxed atmosphere, and offered additional reflections. … ‘The message I received from him [the Pope], loud and clear, was that he wants to continue with the same approach as Pope Francis, which has been one of openness and welcome.’

But then he goes on and, despite the initial triumphalist tone … he then explains to his followers that the Pope has other priorities, such as ‘the peace processes in Ukraine, Gaza and Myanmar’, and that there is no need to worry if he does not intervene much on LGBTQ issues — suffice it to know that he is well aware of them.

Perhaps this is a pre-emptive excuse, given that the Rome pilgrimage by LGBTQ groups on 6 September does not include an audience with the Pope.

Father James Martin Proposes an Alternate Catechism

In his new book, Building a Bridge: How the Catholic Church and the LGBT Community Can Enter Into a Relationship of Respect, Compassion and Sensitivity (HarperCollins), Jesuit Father James Martin has written a critique of the Catholic Church’s dealings with what he calls the “the LGBT community.”

What is the “LGBT community”? This acronym describes three groups of people: those who engage in, or feel drawn to engage in, homosexual activity (lesbians and gays); those who engage in, or feel drawn to engage in, both heterosexual and homosexual activity (bisexuals); and those persons who reject their sexual identity and think that they are in fact a member of the opposite sex (transsexuals/transgendered persons).

New animated movie aims to bring story of Jesus to life through eyes of John the disciple

A new 2D-animated movie, told through the eyes of Jesus’ beloved disciple John, will be released in theaters on Sept. 5, taking viewers from the beginning of Jesus’ ministry to his passion, death, and resurrection. “Light of the World” is the first movie from the Salvation Poem Project, a nonprofit ministry and independent studio that crafts stories to share Jesus Christ with the world.

Brennan McPherson, producer of the film, told CNA in an interview that his team chose to tell the story from John’s perspective because he was likely the youngest disciple so they believe his perspective is the most relatable.

Whenever The World Mocks Prayer, Christians Should Pray Twice As Hard

This week, we join with the universal church in praying for the students and families of Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis after another shooting targeted at Christians. It’s horrifying to hear about another act of violence against children who bear the name of Christ. It’s also horrible to realize we’ve somehow become accustomed to hearing about such things.

Increasingly, it seems that these “random acts” are not random at all but intentionally directed at those little ones who confess faith in Jesus Christ and in the truth of his holy Word. This shouldn’t come as a surprise, for our Shepherd has told us that “a servant is not greater than his master. If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you” (John 15:20).

After every one of these incidents, the question is asked repeatedly, “What is to be done?” Is the answer better security? Better training for teachers and staff? Better mental health resources? More legislation?
