Israel and Hamas Meet in Egypt to Discuss Peace Plans

A day before the two-year anniversary of the Hamas attack on Israel that started a war, negotiators from both sides got together in Egypt to hammer out the details of President Donald Trump’s peace plan.

Among other matters on the negotiating table include an armistice to end the two-year war between Israel and Hamas and the return of the 48 hostages still held by the terrorists, according to Fox News.

The talks come one day ahead of the second anniversary of the Hamas attacks on Israel, when some 1,200 people were slain and 251 others were dragged into the Gaza Strip, where dozens of dead and alive remain hostage.

FBI: Jack Smith, Biden DOJ Tracked Phone Calls of GOP Senators, Congressman

Nearly ten Republican senators and a representative had their private communications allegedly tracked by former Special Counsel Jack Smith under the Biden administration, FBI Director Kash Patel revealed Monday.

Files obtained by Fox News show that Smith, in his official capacity at the Department of Justice (DOJ) as he investigated President Donald Trump and the events of January 6, 2021, was allegedly tracking the phone calls of Republican Sens. Lindsey Graham (SC), Marsha Blackburn (TN), Ron Johnson (WI), Josh Hawley (MO), Cynthia Lummis (WY), Bill Hagerty (TN), Dan Sullivan (AK), Tommy Tuberville (AL), and Republican Rep. Mike Kelly (PA).

Media Downplay Jay Jones’ Assassination Fantasies Because They Agree With Him

Lest there be any doubt left about the dying news media’s complicity in a recent spate of political violence coming from Democrats, consider that The New York Times has not run a single story about the party’s nominee for a statewide office in Virginia, even as he admitted to privately fantasizing about the “pain” and assassination of an elected Republican.

That would be a national news story on any sleepy Sunday, let alone less than two weeks after ICE agents were shot at by a Democrat-motivated assassin, and less than a month after the public murder of Charlie Kirk by yet another leftist. The story of Jay Jones, a Democrat running to be Virginia’s top law enforcement officer, sending text messages to a former colleague, musing about “two bullets to the head” of the state’s Republican House speaker, broke Friday. As of Monday, The Times hasn’t said a word about it.

Violent Leftist Rhetoric Escalates, as Democrats Double Down – Essay by John Zmirak

Conservatives aren’t perfect, and all Christians are sinners, so there is doubtless some fault on both sides of the political spectrum. But there’s no honest way to deny that right now the political situation is asymmetrical: The Right is calling for enforcement of duly enacted democratic laws, while the Left is calling for violence. We’re insisting on our God-given rights; they’re calling for our destruction. No, we can’t “lower the temperature” or “cool down the rhetoric” unilaterally, any more than Israel can decree peace with Hamas, which seeks its obliteration. This is not a time for appeasement.

We’re way past citing the Reddit posts of unhinged transgender fantasists — who have shot up multiple Christian schools and churches. No need to point to the signs waved by tattooed freaks in Portland. We’re now at the point where a Democrat nominee for office talked about murdering a Republican politician — and his own party is standing behind him.

Netflix Stocks Take Biggest Weekly Drop Since April as Trans Content Aimed at Children Drives Users Away

Netflix shares slumped again Friday as they ended the week with their biggest decline since April 4. The slide comes on the back of subscriber desertion driven by revulsion at trans content aimed at children.

The stock dropped nearly five percent over the five-day trading period ending before the weekend as billionaire Tesla CEO Elon Musk continued to urge consumers to boycott the streaming giant.

As Breitbart News reported, Netflix has been struggling as it chooses to stream animated programs that expose small children to homosexuality, gay kisses, and a little boy in a dress prancing around for his gay dads.

U.S. Catholic Bishops Warn of the Greatest Threat We Face: Islamophobia

Talk about poor timing! On the same day that news broke of an Islamist attack on a Catholic Parish in the Congo that left 64 dead and many wounded, the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops published a 15-page booklet, “Islamophobia: A Guide for U.S. Catholics on Anti-Muslim Bigotry.”

The purpose of the booklet is to warn Catholics about “the rising tide of anti-Muslim sentiment.” I’m not aware of any “rising tide” of anti-Muslim bigotry in the U.S., but I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a rising tide of anti-Muslim sentiment in Africa — where the burning of churches and the slaughter of Christians is an everyday affair.

Spanish priest found guilty of ‘hate crime’ after criticizing Muslim persecution of Christians

Sentencing for a Spanish priest who this past week was found guilty of making “Islamophobic” comments more than seven years ago has Catholics as well as free speech advocates concerned.

In February, Father Custodio Ballester was summoned by a regional court in Spain to respond to charges that he had committed a “hate crime” for calling attention to the unjust treatment Christians receive in Islamic majority countries.

Vatican Secretary of State marks Oct. 7 anniversary, decries ‘spiral of hatred and violence’ in Gaza

The Holy See’s official news outlet marked the second anniversary of Hamas’ Oct. 7 attack and the beginning of Israel’s military campaign in Gaza with an interview in which Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin decried the terrorist attack and the bloodshed that has followed.

Cardinal Parolin began by repeating his past condemnations of the “inhuman and indefensible” terrorist attack Hamas perpetrated in the Oct. 7 surprise attack, which took the lives of some 1,200 people, including over 700 civilians, among them women and children.
